EAAA Alternatives Returns Entire Drawn Investor Capital in ESOF III Series After Major Agrochemical Investment Exit
EAAA Alternatives has returned the entire drawn investor capital in the third series of its performing credit fund, ESOF III, following the successful exit of an INR 950 crore investment in a global agrochemical platform. The fund has exited 15 of 17 investments, realized approximately INR 8,700 crore, and remains on track to achieve its targeted returns while advancing its fourth investment vintage.
The fund continues to hold two portfolio investments out of a total of 17 investments. According to the company, both remaining investments are performing in line with expectations and remain on track for realization, positioning the fund for additional value creation.
With a fund size of INR 7,250 crore, ESOF III is among the largest performing credit funds in India. The fund has realized approximately INR 8,700 crore through the successful exit of 15 of its 17 investments, underscoring the strength of its investment strategy and execution capabilities.
The ESOF fund series provides flexible financing solutions to high-quality businesses, supporting a broad range of strategic requirements, including acquisitions, growth capital, stake consolidation, refinancing, and other customized financing needs. The series targets gross INR returns of 16 to 18 percent, and the company stated that ESOF III remains on track to achieve its targeted performance.
